The REALTOR Code of Ethics (reminder)
Article 1 states that a REALTORR pledges to maintain an absolute obligation
to protect and promote the interests of his or her client. The REALTORR
further pledges to treat all parties to a transaction honestly, whether they
are a client or customer. (A customer is a party to the transaction with
whom the REALTORR has no brokerage agreement.)
