New Construction vs Resale (((are you nuts?)))

So am I nuts???

Everyone is saying this is a “Buyers Market” and there is no question about that!
Buyers and hesitant to just buy, but I say why not Build!!!

Why would you want to “build” right now vs buy a resale?

1. Interest rates are low

2. Builders have to sell homes and you can make incredible deals!

3. You actually get the “Home of your DREAMS!!!”

The builders often react faster to the changing market conditions and consumer demands by changing their offerings and striking new deals with developers. They have to because they are in the business to sell homes. Buying something new gives you the opportunity to take advantage of features like the new energy efficiencies available as well. I always recommend following the most recent new home sales to get a read on the overall market.
