Are you trying to sell your clients home?
Number one rule, make it easy to view. In the agent showing instructions when you use "VacantUseLB" why do you also put in "Call Agent" or "Call Listing Office"? Our lockbox system keeps a digital record of showings, this seems redundant to me.
